The draft Community Strategic Plan identifies the main objectives that Council will aim to achieve in the next 10 years. It contains strategies to achieve the objectives and measures on how we will measure the work we are achieving.

The draft plan looks at the next 10 years and addresses key issues relating to the community, environmental, economic and civic leadership challenges. The objectives and strategies have been written using the information and advice provided by the community, business and council during the community engagement.

Where to view the draft plan

You can view the final draft Community Strategic Plan Shoalhaven 2020 in Council’s Administration Building, Bridge Road Nowra. Copies of the draft plan can be viewed at the following locations: 
  • Ulladulla Administration Building, Deering Street, Ulladulla
  • Bay and Basin Leisure Centre, The Wool Road, Vincentia
  • Nowra Library, Berry Street, Nowra
  • Ulladulla Library, Princes Highway, Ulladulla
  • Sanctuary Point Library, Paradise Beach Road, Sanctuary Point
The draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan will be on exhibition from Monday 3 May until 2 June 2010. Three public meetings to explain the proposals have been arranged. They will be held on:
  •  Wednesday 12 May 2010 at 7pm at the Ulladulla Civic Centre, Princes Highway, Ulladulla.
  • Monday 17 May 2010 at 7pm at the Nowra Administrative Centre, Reception Room, Bridge Road, Nowra
  • Wednesday 19 May 2010 at 7pm at the St Georges Basin Community Centre, Meriton Street, St Georges Basin
